Employee participation is one for the core values and
concepts that make up the foundation for the Sterling
Criteria for Organizational Performance Excellence and the
Governor's Sterling Award. The Showcase provides a public
forum for teams to demonstrate the principles and techniques
of problem solving, improving processes, reducing cycle
times or costs, and contributing to their organization’s
performance excellence.
In addition to our storyboard and team competition, we’ve
scheduled a FranklinCovey workshop on Leadership. The
workshop will challenge individuals at all levels of the
organization to improve their leadership skills. Our
FranklinCovey speaker will explain the "Whole-Person
Paradigm" and the Four Imperatives of Great Leaders:
Inspire Trust; Clarify Purpose; Align Systems and Unleash
Talent. In addition to drawing from a proven legacy of
developing effective leaders, the workshop also presents
some of the best thinking of well-known, global leadership
experts. |
